Whether you're replacing your kitchen counter tops or adding a new bathroom, Wildwood offers two types of design services to help.

Wildwood Complementary Design Service

There is no charge to come into the showroom either by appointment or by dropping in during business hours to work with a knowledgeable and professional sales consultant to select materials for your project. Our sales consultant is trained in both product knowledge and making sure materials coordinate with each other so that all elements work together cohesively in your overall design and space. Sales consultants will only help with selection of materials Wildwood sells.

Complimentary help includes:

Materials Selection and coordination of materials in each space
Powerpoint of all products selected
Place orders
Pricing
Order tracking/availability
When utilizing one of our installers for flooring or countertops, we handle coordination and communication of all aspects of installation

Example of a 'flatlay'. We combine your chosen elements into one photo so that you can see how things look before they are installed.

We can help you select most aspects of your project including surfaces, plumbing fixtures, and cabinet hardware.

Flatlays can be a great way to see all of your selections at once.

Wildwood Paid Design Service

Get expert design help in-home, in-showroom, or on-site with a professional interior designer who brings over 20 years of experience and a degree in Interior Design.

Consultation Package

$750 for 5 design hours (Paid up front at time of booking)
Additional hours: $150/hour
Unused time can be applied to material purchases from out showroom.

Design Services Included (Billable Hours)

Kitchen & bathroom material selection (flooring, tile, countertops, lighting, etc.)
In-showroom or onsite consultations
Independent design time for researching & selecting product & materials
Power point visuals
Time with cabinet drawings
Meeting with General Contractors on your behalf to discuss design elements
Client phone calls & facetime appointments

We do not charge for material status updates, installer coordination, or order-related questions

Important Notes

Design services are exclusive to materials purchased through Wildwood.
We do not provide design help for products purchased elsewhere—even if we carry those items.
Wildwood provides installation for flooring and countertops only (if purchased through us).
Consultation for outside materials (e.g., cabinets or plumbing fixtures not sold by Wildwood) is billed hourly.

Client Responsibilities

Hire a General Contractor for work beyond simple flooring or countertop installs.
Acting as your own GC? You’ll need to manage:
- Demolition
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall
- Framing
- Tile & cabinet installation
